Websites for three international robotics conferences, each a separate edition for the same society.

Three international conferences for the same society, across three years. Being asked back for each edition is the part that matters: conference sites are judged by the organising committee immediately and in public.
Letting someone else deploy safely
The technical programme for one conference is produced by a separate team with their own build system. Rather than have them send files to us and wait, we built a publishing pipeline they deploy to directly: authenticated, validated in full before anything is swapped, atomic so a bad push is a no-op rather than an outage, and reversible in one step.
The reason to serve it from the conference domain rather than somewhere else is unglamorous but decisive: it keeps the schedule share links and saved-session features working under the organisers’ control for the life of the conference, and independent of the programme vendor.
Beyond the website
For the anniversary edition we also produced the event identity: the wordmark across colour systems, background artwork, speaker and sponsor asset libraries, and the email signature set.
