Swiss Robotics Day

The national robotics conference and exhibition, rebuilt for each edition. Past years are archived to a common template rather than deleted, so a link to a talk from three years ago still resolves.

The exhibitor directory

Exhibitors are filtered and sorted by what they do and where they are in the hall, driven by data the exhibitors maintain themselves through a portal rather than by someone retyping a spreadsheet the week before.

Bringing ticketing in-house

Registration ran on a third-party platform for several editions. It now runs on a system built for this event and this association, which is what lets ticket pricing know that the person buying is already a member.

On the stand

We also built the screen that runs at the association booth, pairing open job listings with candidate profiles and refreshing as new ones arrive.
