bredent medical, SKY fast and fixed
A dental implant system presented across seven international markets from a single installation.
Client: bredent medical
A medical device brand selling into several European markets, each with its own language, its own regulatory sensitivities and its own network of partner clinics.
One installation, seven markets
The obvious approach is a site per market. The maintainable one is a single installation that routes visitors to their own market automatically, with a language switcher as the fallback for anyone the routing gets wrong.
Each market has its own partner-clinic database, its own contact addresses, and its own local administrators with deliberately limited permissions. Country teams can update what is theirs and cannot create new pages, which keeps the messaging centrally controlled without a bottleneck for routine changes.
Performance as a launch gate
Mobile performance was made a blocking requirement before further markets could launch, rather than something to look at afterwards. That is the right instinct and an uncommon one.
